We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Medical Lead. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, maintaining daily operations, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the department, including assisting with process improvement, maintaining supplies, and coordinating schedules and meetings.
- Maintain daily operations of the clinic, including monitoring quality control standards and resolving less complicated patient, staff, and physician issues.
- Assist with evaluating associate performance and recommending merit increases, as well as reporting any associate non-compliance with approved policies.
- Monitor associate work schedules and PTO requests, ensuring appropriate staff coverage.
- Implement job responsibilities in a manner consistent with the CHRISTUS Mission and Code of Ethics, and supportive of CHRISTUS Physician Group's cultural diversity objectives.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills, including data input/abstracting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and administrative support to the department.
