Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations to assess patient mobility, strength, and functional capacity in accordance with professional standards.
  • Design and implement tailored care plans based on thorough evaluations and patient goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate optimal patient recovery and enhance their quality of life.
  • Encourage patient engagement and adherence to their rehabilitation programs.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Develop post-treatment strategies to sustain improvements in patients' health and recommend necessary assistive devices.
  • Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy through continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid physical therapy license in Colorado.
  • Preferred experience of 2+ years in relevant specialties such as orthopedics, sports therapy, pelvic floor therapy, pain management, or vestibular rehabilitation.
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Strong empathy, a positive attitude, and the ability to inspire patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals safely.
  • Knowledge of proper equipment usage and maintenance protocols.
