We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at VibrantCare Rehabilitation. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
About the Role- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions.
- Assist in conducting patient assessments, developing rehabilitation programs, and delivering treatment sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, including documentation of treatments, medications, and test results.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program or equivalent education experience.
- Current valid state license/registration/certification as a physical therapist assistant.
- Ability to lift patients using biomedical techniques frequently throughout the workday.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
