Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team at the VA Amarillo Healthcare System. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide comprehensive medical and selected specialty services for outpatients, inpatients, and nursing home patients.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary diseases
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient consultation services related to GI and liver diseases
  • Oversee the administration of conscious sedation during GI procedures
  • Perform GI procedures including EGD, colonoscopies/polypectomy, and other advanced procedures
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Must have a full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State
