Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Hilltop Village Nursing and Rehab. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including using the restroom, bathing, and maintaining personal hygiene
  • Provide physical support and assistance with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and moving residents between wheelchairs, seats, and beds
  • Serve meals and assist residents with eating, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, and report any concerns to the Registered Nurse or Doctor
  • Listen to residents' concerns and report them to the appropriate healthcare professional
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction

Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of [state]
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and equipment as needed
