Overview


Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is a prominent entity in the long-term care sector, currently seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, RDN) to serve in various capacities.

We are actively recruiting for both full-time and part-time RD positions in the Carroll, Ohio area.

A retention bonus of $3000 is available for this location.

Responsibilities

- Deliver clinical nutrition expertise through thorough nutritional assessments and documentation in an efficient manner.

- Identify potential nutritional risks and implement suitable medical nutrition therapy interventions.

- Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities.

- Collaborate with the dining department to ensure effective execution of nutrition plans.

Qualifications

- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

- Possess a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.

- Familiarity with state survey processes and compliance with nutrition care regulations is preferred but not mandatory.
