We offer primary care medical services to our patients as part of their continuum of care, making us a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff.

As a full-time Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various preventive and emergency maintenance tasks across our 16 facilities, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Your duties will include:

  • Picking up trash, cleaning spills, weeding, trimming bushes and trees, washing windows, leaf collection, and mowing grass as needed.
  • Vacuuming, mopping, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors to maintain the facility's cleanliness.
  • Following safety protocols, proper equipment usage, and cleaning material handling procedures.
  • Coordinating inspections and certifications of equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
  • Assisting with documentation and implementation of fire, tornado, and other emergency drills.
  • Maintaining equipment organization, upkeep, inventory, security, and tool maintenance.
  • Performing carpentry work, including drywall installation, carpet and tile laying, minor plumbing, and electrical issues.
  • Maintaining boilers, performing routine checks, and ensuring they operate efficiently.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and applying judgment and care in your work.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's degree or HVAC trade certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years' maintenance experience.
  • Ongoing OSHA safety training and procedure knowledge.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance.

The estimated salary for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 annually, depending on experience.
