Job Title: Master Technician

Job Summary:

VIP Auto LLC is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional automotive repair and maintenance services to our customers. You will work closely with our service team to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the work performed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements:

  • ASE certification in multiple areas, including engine repair, transmission, and brakes.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Master Technician.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
