Job Summary

One More Child seeks a skilled Anti-Trafficking Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our Anti-Trafficking Team, you will facilitate a consistent continuum of care for commercially sexually exploited children and trafficked youth and young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-field case management services, including assessment, planning, advocacy, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate emergency legal, criminal/civil justice system assistance, and provide information regarding immediate health safety needs.
  • Collaborate with external partners to provide a timely continuum of care for clients' needs.
  • Develop relationships with community and government entities to assist survivors/victims with various needs.
  • Complete documentation as required by funding entities, courts, and referral sources.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
  • Experience working with exploited persons and trauma-informed care approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
  • Two years of experience working with exploited persons.
  • Bilingual.

  • Personal conversion experience with Jesus Christ and scriptural baptism.
  • Desire to seek God and His kingdom.
  • Personal and devotional habits and practices.
  • Membership in a New Testament, evangelical church and regular attendance.
  • Engagement in witness activities.
