Job Summary

This role involves providing technical support and guidance to a team of 7 to maintain or upgrade existing Telecommunications systems, including PBX, Voice Mail, Contact Center, IVR, Cable Plant, and wireless IP phones. The successful candidate will also support the Nurse Call backend systems and work closely with the Field Staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recommend solutions to resolve complex Telecommunications service requests.
  2. Analyze system traffic reports, including operator statistics, voice mail, ACD, trunk, and PBX load balance, and make necessary modifications.
  3. Coordinate the installation of Telecommunications Systems for CCHS at all satellite locations.
  4. Investigate and resolve escalated telecommunications system repair requests with external vendors or internal staff.
  5. Conduct site surveys for new projects to estimate equipment required and labor time.
  6. Oversee the maintenance of all CCHS Telecommunications and Ancillary Systems.
  7. Participate in construction and renovation projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
  8. Perform analysis of Voice Messaging Systems, including a monthly report on traffic and effective utilization.
  9. Oversee the weekly work efforts of the contracted vendor technical staff.
  10. Maintain the Nurse Call servers and application backend.
