As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and an extraordinary experience. You will also be expected to work closely with our Director of Food and Beverage to develop and implement beverage programs that meet high standards of quality and safety.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of the Auric Room and the membership experience.
  • Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to ensure financial goals and budgets are met.
  • Select, develop, and retain talented service staff.
  • Ensure operational standards are met regarding sanitation codes and laws, storage, and loss prevention.
