Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage construction schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain project safety plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including as-built drawings and operation manuals, are completed and submitted to the client.

Requirements:
