Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric team at the Yorba Linda Clinic. As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health services to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care in a pediatric setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Vocational School or college.
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- IV Certification upon hire.
- 2 years of recent experience in acute care facility or medical group practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- EMR or IDX experience.
