Job Description

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Associate to join our team. As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the purchase and sale of their homes. This includes helping clients prepare their homes for the market, assisting with home showings and open houses, and mediating during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an innovative and creative thinker with strong communication skills and an ability to build quality relationships with clients. Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete, and as you make more transactions, you earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $50,000 - $100,000 / year or more.

Job Responsibilities
  • Help clients prepare their homes to be placed on the market.
  • Assist clients in the home search process by taking them to home showings and open houses.
  • Mediate during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Become an expert in your local real estate market and stay informed of recent home sales.
  • Craft unique marketing materials to advertise your real estate services.
  • Advise your clients on how to stage and sell their home quickly and profitably.
