We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at PharmD on Demand. As a PRN Retail/LTC Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services in a retail and long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pharmacy Operations: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as policies of the hospital and PharmD on Demand. Interpret physician medication orders, compound and dispense prescribed medications, and supervise technicians on duty.
- Customer Service: Represent the hospital and PharmD on Demand in a positive and professional manner, maintain customer confidentiality, and interact with all types of people.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize pharmaceutical equipment, including automated dispensing machines, Laminar Flow Hoods, and compounding equipment.
