Job Responsibilities
">The Facilities Pad Electrician will play a critical role in maintaining the electrical systems on our launch pads, ensuring that they are functioning at optimal levels.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Servicing electrical systems, including high-voltage systems, to prevent equipment failure and ensure safe operations.">
- Performing routine inspections and testing to identify potential issues before they become major problems.">
- Collaborating with the facilities team to develop and implement plans for system upgrades and repairs.">
- Working closely with engineers to design and implement new electrical systems and infrastructure.">
- Developing and implementing procedures for safe electrical work practices and training personnel.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair, preferably in a launch pad or aerospace environment.">
- Strong knowledge of industrial facility infrastructure and electrical systems.">
- A valid Electrical Journeyman License.">
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.">
- Ability to earn trust and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.">
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.">
