Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with purchases and provide product information
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and promotions
  • Work effectively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing inventory
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging customer experience

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
