Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Core Medical Group is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. As a travel allied health professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to patients in a labor and delivery setting, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction. As a travel allied health professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, and contribute to the development of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a labor and delivery setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and families to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on labor and delivery procedures and postpartum care
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
