Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Dedicated Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants while developing your skills and knowledge as a dedicated caregiver.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting participants with their daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Encouraging participation in community activities and promoting social interaction
- Maintaining accurate records of participant progress and communication with supervisors
Requirements
- No prior experience is required, but a patient and compassionate attitude is essential
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving positions
- Able to commit to regular shifts, including evenings and weekends
