Cultivation Agent Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cultivation Agent to join our cannabis cultivation team at PTS Corp. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Learn and follow company agricultural practices and ensure daily compliance with policies.
  2. Perform daily plant care tasks, including watering, pruning, defoliating, de-fanning, and trimming.
  3. Transplant, pot, trellis, net, and train plants as needed throughout the cultivation process.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in general cannabis cultivation, commercial production gardening, or agricultural setting.
Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $70,000 per year.
