**Compensation Package**

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a starting hourly rate of $16.00, with opportunities for raises up to $18.00 per hour after completing our comprehensive training and certification program. Additionally, you can earn bonuses ranging from $1-$4 per hour through our generous product and membership sales incentives, as well as tips averaging $100 per month.

**Job Responsibilities**

As a Spa Consultant, your primary duties will involve:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Selling memberships, upselling products, and offering expert recommendations on lotions and spa services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records, adhering to health and safety protocols, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the spa.
  • Supporting management in training, mentoring, and onboarding new team members to ensure seamless integration.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of prior experience in a customer-facing position, preferably with excellent communication skills.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude, with a professional appearance.
  • Availability for at least one weekend shift and 12 hours per week.

While not required, having at least one year of experience in a sales-driven environment would be beneficial in driving success in this position.
