Nurse Practitioner

**Job Summary:**
As a Registered Nurse at Presbyterian Village, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and providing care to residents according to their individualized care plans. You will administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, perform resident assessments, and participate in daily resident rounding.

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan, direct, and provide care to residents according to their individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
* Perform resident assessments
* Participate in daily resident rounding
* Provide supervision to nursing team
* Assist with insertion and maintenance of IV therapies for residents

**Requirements:**

* Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
* Active CPR certification required
* One year of experience working in geriatric or long-term care setting preferred
* Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
