Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care services in various healthcare settings under the direction of licensed professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver personal care services to patients, including vital sign monitoring, documentation, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care services in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Take vital signs and document patient information accurately.
  • Record patient input and output as assigned.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to maintain competency and meet state-specific requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Completion of a state-approved certified nursing program or successful passing of a competency evaluation program.
  • Unrestricted certification as a CNA and meeting state-specific certification requirements.
  • At least six months of work experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
  • Current CPR certification and other health and screening tests as required by client facilities and regulatory agencies.
