Job Title: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 working hours per week), night shift position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage the physical and emotional needs of patients, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
