Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Stepdown unit at Piedmont Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, the LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate and evidence-based care to patients from birth through the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The LPN will be responsible for:

• Providing nursing care to patients in accordance with Piedmont Healthcare's Mission and Vision Statements

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

• Guiding ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the LPN must have:

• A graduate degree from an accredited LPN program

• Current licensure in the State of Georgia as a LPN

• BLS certification

• Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area of Cardiac Stepdown nursing
