  • EMR Used: Allscripts
  • Patient Ratio 1:6

As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for meeting the total nursing needs of the patient/family across the care continuum, consistent with the policies and procedures of the Department of Nursing and the New Hampshire Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain patient charts and enter charges according to established policy
  • Assist in the transfer of patients to other healthcare facilities
  • Respond appropriately to CODE RED, CODE BLUE, CODE PINK AND CODE ORANGE
  • Escort patients to their cars at the time of discharge
  • Administration of blood, blood products, and specific drugs to outpatients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years current MS experience - Required
  • Travel experience - at least 1 year - non negotiable (Required)
  • BSN - Preferred
Certification Requirements:
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • PALS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements:
  • New Hampshire
