We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at LaBella Associates. As a key member of our Buildings Engineering Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from design to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily construction activities, project schedule, budget, safety, and quality control.
- Provide administrative support to the Energy Engineering group to ensure smooth completion of various construction efforts.
- Assist with the organization, tracking, review, and disposition of engineering and construction documents.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary designers, construction managers, contractors, and clients to communicate project status and set priorities.
- Attend construction progress meetings and site visits.
- Resolve on-site issues and manage risks to mitigate negative impacts to the project and client.
- Manage and direct subcontractors.
- Support mechanical and electrical design professionals.
- Support in project bidding and contractor evaluation.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree.
- 2 to 5+ years of construction experience.
- FE/EIT certification or CCM certification preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with computer-aided drafting software, proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT preferred.
- Experience with Construction Management software (Primavera, ProCore, etc).
- Reliable transportation to access job sites, on occasion, with a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
