Job OverviewWe are seeking highly detail-oriented individuals to join our team for a 2-month contract duration. The role involves scanning documents, performing quality control checks, and releasing scanned materials to customers.
The normal work schedule is 6:30am-3pm, 5 days a week, with 9 hours of work, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
Key Responsibilities- Scanning: Load sheets into scanners, either seated or standing (20% of the position). Ensure accurate scanning and document preparation.
- Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of scanned documents, primarily seated (10% of the position).
- Release/Index: Document files and release scanned material to customers, mostly seated (10% of the position).
