Job Title: Water Resources Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our team at MSA Professional Services, Inc. in Madison, WI.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulics, hydrology, and/or water quality science and will be comfortable working in a regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the preparation of plans, specifications, and bidding packages for construction projects
  • Perform hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality modeling for various projects, including municipal stormwater management plans, restoration projects, and technical report writing
  • Conduct GIS analyses and CADD design in support of water resources projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required, Master's degree a plus
  • 4+ years of previous consulting experience in the field of water resources engineering required
  • PE license required (WI PE preferred)
  • Prior plan production and project management experience required
