The Denver Hospice is currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate patient care teams. Compensation Package:

LOCATION: Denver Metro Area

STATUS: Full-time Employment

SCHEDULE: Day shifts, 40 hours per week

HOURLY RATE: $22.94

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: Based on role, schedule, and availability: Mileage reimbursement, shift differentials, and overtime pay.

MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT: One of the highest rates in the industry at $0.625 per mile.

YOUR IMPACTFUL ROLE:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within their scope of practice, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients in a hospice setting. This role involves maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff. The CNA will work with a diverse patient population, from neonates to geriatrics.

QUALIFICATIONS WE VALUE:
  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Experience: 3-6 months of CNA experience, preferably in hospice care.
  • Required License: Current Colorado CNA license, valid Colorado driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 35 lbs.
