Are you a motivated and results-driven professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team at The Huntley Apartment Homes. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for achieving set occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving set occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.
  • Conducting daily physical inspections of the property to ensure all vacant apartments are ready to the Brookside standard.
  • Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Leasing of the property by ensuring all sales techniques and marketing methods required by the management company are being used effectively and in a professional manner.
  • Managing all leads and follow-up processes through all sales and marketing outlets designated by the management company and the Owner.
  • Ensuring all ILS and Marketing sites are active and up to date through weekly/monthly audits.
  • Ensuring that all resident requests or complaints are responded to in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-years multi-family experience. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
  • High energy personality with focus on great resident service.
  • Ability to motivate and train a team on all aspects of their position including leasing and marketing.
  • Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
  • Experience with Entrata is preferred.
