Nurse for Children with Specialized Needs

What You'll Do:
Deliver individualized nursing care to patients based on their unique needs and treatment plans
Develop, review, and revise the plan of care in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Build strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance throughout the care process
Monitor and record patient condition, documenting provided care services via electronic charting
Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse's meetings, and other staff meetings as required
About You:
You are a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) with a passion for delivering exceptional care to children and young adults with specialized health care needs. You possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive, professional attitude.
