Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team in De Soto, Texas. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Direct implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Providing one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD in our clinic or in client homes
  • Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
  • Collaborating with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment
Requirements

To be successful as an ABA Therapist at SUCCESS ON THE SPECTRUM DE SOTO, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
