The General Manager at Soho House & Co. is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, member and guest experience, staff retention, and optimal profit. This role requires a strategic business leader who can drive business growth, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain a high level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business objectives and goals to optimize business performance and profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.
- Assess and report on the economic and operational state of the business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective processes and implement innovative opportunities that drive sales and staff retention.
- Oversee the creation and execution of regional events and initiatives to enhance member and guest experiences.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve business operations, service, and retention.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience managing high-volume Food and Beverage (F&B) or multi-unit operations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
