Childcare Provider for La Clinica de La Raza

We are seeking a Part Time Childcare Provider to join our team at La Clinica de La Raza. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to children whose parents are attending health education classes and/or behavioral health activities at our center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide childcare services to up to eight children for two to three hours sessions during daytime and evening patient health classes and groups held at San Antonio Health Center.
- Assist with special events, such as conferences or trainings, for longer periods of time as needed.
- Report any emergencies immediately to the staff person working with the class or group.
- At least two years' experience performing child care duties, including experience caring for several children at one time.
- CPR certification and First Aid training required.
- Ability to work with children in a responsible, reliable, and calm manner.
- Positive, energetic attitude towards children is a must.
