Job Opportunity at Vernis & Bowling

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience working in civil litigation, preferably at an insurance defense law firm with General Liability exposure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing litigation cases, reviewing public records, preparing filings and documents, summarizing documents, participating in mediation, depositions, and trial preparation. Additionally, they will be expected to record and bill their time accurately.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and be fully computer literate, including proficiency in Word and Outlook. They must also be capable of typing and preparing documents, including correspondence and other legal documents.
