Work Schedule:
Full-time (4 days onsite/1 day remote)

Compensation:
$30-$38 per hour based on experience

Overview:
Our client is looking for a Senior Accounting Consultant to join their team and provide essential support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee monthly general ledger closure.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare variance reports.
  • Apply fundamental accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Address inquiries regarding variances and offer general accounting assistance as required.
  • Prepare standard monthly journal entries.
  • Support auditors and manage special projects as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and follow-through skills.
