About the Role

The Treasury Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Cash Manager in the day-to-day management of all cash, liquidity management, treasury operations, cash positioning, and payment processing activities undertaken by Treasury for AssuredPartners. This includes supporting the Cash Manager in all necessary M&A activities, maintaining the Treasury Management System, and acting as a backup for certain job-related functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and report on all corporate cash management movements
  • Execute daily concentration cash transactions and perform daily cash reconciliation and current day cash positioning
  • Assist with mid to long-term cash forecasting requirements
  • Produce required cash reports on a timely basis and support ad-hoc requests from senior management
  • Execute WIRE/ACH transfers and other necessary funding movements, required to balance the company's daily cash position
  • Provide data for monthly journal entries relating to cash management activity
  • Administer transactions regarding debt service and ongoing credit facility required communications
  • Assist with automation of banking functions, where appropriate
  • Control bank account balances and interfaces with banks in relation to bank service fees
  • Support Bank Operations as backup for onboarding newly acquired agencies into the corporate banking structure
  • Perform required payment verification and security checks in accordance with Treasury disbursement policies
  • Facilitate the administration of the company credit card program
  • Follow company policies and procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job
  • Undertake other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred
  • 2+ years of banking or cash management experience
  • Knowledge and use of Treasury Management systems
  • Knowledge of cash management and payment products, and processes of U.S. financial institutions
