Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Lead to join our team at GetGo Caf + Market. As a Kitchen Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of food quality and safety while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Provide coaching and training to kitchen team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and ordering of food and supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Experience in kitchen management and food safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; food safety certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
