Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, working flexible schedules that allow you to control your work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign monitoring and reporting
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Support residents with meals and feeding as needed
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, and change linens
  • Communicate with medical staff and residents, and serve as a conduit between the two
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Effective organizational skills and communication skills
