Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychometrist to administer, score, and interpret intelligence, aptitude, and achievement tests for students, teachers, and parents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise written interpretations of test results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and score a variety of psychological tests, including intelligence, aptitude, and achievement tests.
  • Interpret test results and provide written reports to teachers, counselors, and parents.
  • Collect and analyze data on student performance and behavior.
  • Collaborate with educators and administrators to develop and implement assessment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of test results and student data.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in test administration and scoring, with a focus on intelligence and aptitude tests.
Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations, including students, teachers, and parents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other educational software.
Work Environment:
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and move around the testing area.
  • Ability to lift and move test materials and equipment.
