We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading and managing laboratory operations, ensuring the highest level of quality and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage laboratory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and laboratory operations.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless laboratory operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage laboratory budgets, resources, and personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • College degree in a related field, such as medical technology or a related field.
  • ASCP certification and Florida licensure.
  • Proven experience in laboratory leadership, with a strong track record of success.
