About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst - Network Scheduling to join our team at Frontier Airlines. As a key member of our Network Planning and Scheduling department, you will play a critical role in coordinating the design and development of our flight schedule to achieve industry-leading revenue and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development of flight schedules that meet market frequency requirements while working within the constraints of limited fleet and station resources.
  • Review and analyze connectivity, patterns, curfews, allocated slots, maintenance, gating, crew modularity, and operational reliability to ensure optimal scheduling.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to create and implement schedule scenarios.
  • Produce detailed, fully dated schedules that take into account maintenance needs, holidays, crew projections, airport and gating availability, and other operational factors.
  • Eliminate crew inefficiencies and optimize connectivity to improve overall operational performance.
  • Reflect proper allocation of aircraft types and sub-fleets, and contain aircraft routings that satisfy maintenance requirements.
  • Communicate schedule changes to System Operations Control, Crew Scheduling, Crew Planning, Reservations, Maintenance, Customer Service, and other customer-facing teams.
  • Manipulate scheduling software to create new reports and processes that improve scheduling efficiency and communication.
  • Act as a resource for schedule-related questions and assist the Planning department with flight scheduling inquiries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in airline scheduling or planning.
  • Previous experience with FlightTrac and DIIO.
  • Must have prior experience in publishing flight schedules.
  • Previous experience with SQL and Python helpful.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous knowledge in Sabre Schedule Management System.
  • Advanced knowledge of airline operations, economics, and scheduling.
  • Proven ability to efficiently summarize variances and present recommendations to upper management.
  • Ability to independently identify problems and sift through multiple data sources for resolution.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential material.
  • High degree of PC skills (MS Office applications, database tools, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of airline operational restrictions (SOC, Dispatch, Crews, CS, etc.).
  • General knowledge of North American geography.
Work Environment

Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled. Occasional travel may be required.

Salary Range

$72,000 - $96,331
