Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and assistance with retail purchases and Player Card database inquiries.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process cash transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling environment.
  • Retail Operations: Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, restock merchandise, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Player Card Database: Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks associated with Player Card memberships, record and report database information to management, and assist with updating database files.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and ability to move around all work areas efficiently.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move around all work areas, and perform tasks that require extended periods of sitting.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compliance Responsibilities
  • Training: Attend required training sessions offered by the casino.
  • Licensing: Obtain required licenses.
  • Compliance: Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations, and take necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas.
