Job Summary
Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Family Medicine physician to join our multi-specialty group in the Duneland area of Northwest Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients in a solo practice setting with nurse support
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Oversee rotating residents and contribute to their professional development
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $200,000-$220,000 per year
- Quarterly productivity bonuses
- 401k with up to 4% employer match
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance
- Life insurance (up to 1.5 times salary)
- 5 days of CME with $1500 allowance
- Additional compensation offered for optional call (phone only)
Requirements
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Current licensure in the state of Indiana
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- No visa sponsorship available
