CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. As a Store Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and efficient experience during their visit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, treating customers professionally and greeting them promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers browsing inventory or checking out items at the counter, performing cashier responsibilities, and issuing receipts.
- Display and organize products in the store for easy customer access, maintaining the appearance of the store through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
- Monitor customers to assist in loss prevention and authorize gas station pump payments.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, following all safety policies, training, and procedures.
- Knowledge of retail and customer service principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a high level of energy and productivity.
- Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment, such as cash registers and time and record-keeping systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
