Health Care Alliance North America (HCANA) is a rapidly growing healthcare management organization that specializes in addiction and mental health treatment. Founded by individuals with personal recovery experiences, HCANA has developed a unique care model that incorporates effective techniques while discarding those that do not yield results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote preventative care and manage disease effectively.
  • Conduct COWS, CIWA, and vital assessments every four hours for clients.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
  • Document nursing progress notes for each shift.
  • Perform intake nursing assessments.
  • Administer medications, including those for detox protocols, psychiatric care, and other medical conditions.
  • Facilitate medical orders as required.
  • Interpret urinalysis results and maintain accurate reports in client medical records.
  • Address all responsibilities in a clinically appropriate and timely manner.
Compensation:
  • $27.00-$34.00 per hour
  • $1.50 shift differential for night shifts
  • $3.00 shift differential for weekend nights

  • Night Shift (7PM-7AM)

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensed Nurse in the state of TN.
  • BLS Certification.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (7PM-7AM).
Skills Required:
  • Demonstrated experience as an LPN or RN.
  • Ability to perform a variety of care tasks and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting.
  • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate demeanor and ability to manage stress effectively.
Salary Range:
$27-$34 per hour
