Job Summary:

We are a growing Cardiac Surgery Group comprised of 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 2 Physician Assistants, and other staff. We are seeking an experienced Cardiac RNFA to work with our team.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will circulate and set up the room, count, etc. at the beginning of the case. They will then scrub in to assist the surgeon, with the PAs on the team handling the EVH. When the PA comes up to the chest, the RNFA will close the leg and stay scrubbed in to hold the heart, etc.

Our Team:

Our teams of heart specialists are utilizing the latest innovations and procedures, including minimally invasive techniques, such as robot-assisted heart surgery, ventricular assist devices (Impella), cardiac valve repair/replacement, trans-catheter aortic valve replacements (TAVR), Robo/VATS Lobectomies, TEVAR Ex-MAZE ablations, and more.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac surgery and EVH, although EVH experience is not required. Compensation is $80 - 95/hr, plus 1.5x for OT and call pay. Housing, traveling, transportation, credentialing, licensure, and malpractice are all covered.
