Dishwasher Position

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in our kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all equipment and work areas are in order and meet safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
- Polish silverware using a burnishing machine or chemical dip.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
- Keep the dish area clean and organized, sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and product.
