At Team Enterprises, we're on a mission to create unforgettable brand experiences that leave a lasting impression. As a Wine Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our La Marca and Whitehaven wine brands, showcasing your expertise and passion for the sparkling and white wine category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute brand plans that drive trial, advocacy, and brand equity.
  • Generate awareness of our brands through engaging programs and events, targeting key customers and trade partners.
  • Focus on gatekeeper education and trade engagement to drive recommendations for La Marca and Whitehaven.
  • Utilize social media to drive trade and consumer engagement in a creative and organic way.
  • Manage and collaborate with on-premise partners to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.
  • Develop customer solutions that translate to commercial wins.
  • Manage a key account list and generate insights through market research and social media analysis.
  • Lead projects and present disruptive ideas that put La Marca and Whitehaven at a competitive advantage.
  • Ensure the delivery of programming objectives on time and on budget.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must have bar manager/beverage director/on-premise consultant experience and/or 7+ years of work experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Have had brand ambassador experience and/or experience as a brand consultant.
  • Expertise & passion in the wine and spirits industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the on-premise universe and ability to leverage partnership and custom programming to drive commercial performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and manage assigned budgets.
  • Influential and excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to different cities and the ability to work some nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Manages time effectively, detail-oriented and deadline-conscious.
